Beth Dreyer Photography Blog bio picture
  • Hi I'm Beth! Welcome to my blog! I am a Dallas, TX based custom baby, child and family photographer. I'm also a mom of two boys who strives to be fabulous {while managing snot, drool and spit up}, organic {in a chemically overdosed culture}, budget conscious {in a spendy metroplex}, keep up with a house {with a hectic schedule} and stay sane on top of all that. I write about all of those topics here in addition to posting all of my latest photography.

Fashion Friday

This week I’m proud to announce that I was dressed and wearing makeup every single day.  ~Pats self on back~

Sunday.  I liked this outfit.  I’ve had that blouse for years and it just makes me smile.

Blouse:  Anthropologie

Pants: Target

Shoes: Nine West

Bracelet: Sam Moon

Necklace: I don’t know exactly.  Ashley bought them for me for $3 at some kind of rummage sale when I was getting married.  I wore them in my wedding and I call them my wedding pearls.

Valentine’s Day.  Oh the pressure!  For some reason I had THE most difficult time figuring out what I wanted to wear for Valentine’s Day.  It was one of those ridiculous change your outfit five times and still hate it kinda days.  Here’s what I ended up with.

Blouse: J Crew

Pants: Gap

Shoes: Toms.  How could I not break out the glitter Toms for Valentine’s Day?

Earrings: Forever 21

Watch: Guess.  You can’t tell, but it’s pink too =)

Tuesday.  Ashley came over Tuesday morning as I was trying to figure out what to wear.  At one point I was prostrated across the floor of my room begging her to dress me.  I don’t know I’m having THE hardest time just pulling something together.  I do like this outfit, I think it works well for me, and you’ll probably see it repeated, but for crying out loud it to me forever to end up with this combo!

Jersey Sweater: Target

Leopard Top: Urban Outfitters.  I don’t normally shop at Urban but my brother in law gave me a gift card for Christmas and I found this top which I love!  It also has a zipper all the way down the back.  Rawr!

Jeans: Citizens of Humanity

Shoes: Simply Vera from Kohl’s.

Necklace: Planet Jill.

Wednesday was a busy day, I was dressed and made up before 8 am which is HIGHLY unusual for moi.

Cardigan: T.J. Maxx or Marshalls I don’t remember.

Flower Pin: Hobby Lobby

Blouse: Old Navy.  Bought this last year when I was first starting to show with Rhett because it’s loose.  Great for fat days!

Tank: H&M.

Pants: Target.

Shoes: Target.

You can’t see them in this shot, but I’m also wearing super cute pink dangly earrings from Target.

Thursday.  Still not sure how I feel about this outfit. Eh.

Cardigan: Old Navy

Tank: H&M

Capris: Gap

Shoes: Toms

Hope y’all enjoy the long weekend!

Laura DeBruycker - You are so tiny and love your outfits! The pink blouse and Toms are so good together! Do you have any maternity suggestions? I’m already living in my Old Navy flip flops and its still February..not a good sign.

Beth Dreyer - It’s so much harder to be cute all the time when you’re pregnant! I sat down and put together outfits and photographed them for myself when I was pregnant!

Kristin Nicole - I love this idea!
